Section 12.01
Disposition versions
12.01. The Decree remains in force until 9 October 2022. It is automatically renewed from year to year, unless the group constituting the employer contracting party or the union contracting party opposes it by sending a written notice to the Minister of Labour and to all the contracting parties comprising the employer contracting party or the union contracting party, during the month of April 2022 or during the month of April of any subsequent year.
12.01. The Decree remains in force until 31 December 2018. It is automatically renewed from year to year, unless the group constituting the employer contracting party or the union contracting party opposes it by sending a written notice to the Minister of Labour and to all the contracting parties comprising the employer contracting party or the union contracting party, during the month of June 2018 or during the month of June of any subsequent year.
